Loving all the local eggs we’ve been featuring on @frankunderground’s #odetotheegg dinners. Especially these beautiful quail babies who go atop our most popular dish of the night: goose egg carbonara with squid ink pasta, house cured pork jowl, foraged ramps & black garlic crack. #plb
